Private Residence – New Construction
Eastport, Maryland
This 8,000 S.F. waterfront dwelling is located near downtown Annapolis in Eastport. The home was designed to compliment the neighborhood with its classic Road Front Elevation as well as maximize the view of the water with a more contemporary style Waterfront façade. The two unique styles of this home are harmonious and bled perfectly together.

Annapolis, Maryland
This waterfront project included the demolition of an existing attached garage and designing a three story addition to include a lower level work-out room, a second story gourmet kitchen, and a third story home office with storage area.
The multiple cantilevers on the waterfront side provide a unique solution to giving each room an unobstructed view of the water, while the Road Front Façade showcases copper roofs and a covered entry.

Private Residence – Renovation & Addition
Before & After
Severna Park, Maryland
This waterfront project made use of the existing small rundown home on the lot. Due to the Health Department and critical area legislation, the project included an innovative septic disposal system.
The existing home was demolished to make way for this 1,200 s.f. dwelling which although small makes exultant use of the space with it's 2 Bedrooms, Attached 2 Car Garage, shed, and a multi- level deck facing the water.
The fact that this lot resides within the Chesapeake Bay critical area, and flood plane, made it a challenging little house. We were able to complete this project without any additional administrative variances.
