Southeast Regional Recreation Center –
New Construction
North Point, Maryland
This project was constructed and designed under a design-build format with a local contractor for the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks. The design called for the use of a pre-engineered metal frame.
The use of metal finishes on the interior of the building gives this local recreation center a big arena feel.

Hardee's Restaurant – Renovation
Linthicum, Maryland
This project was to renovate an existing Burger King restaurant into a new Hardee's restaurant. The Renovation included removing the existing Burger King Canopy and other standard Burger King Features and Installation of a new Parapet and tower detail to conform to a typical Hardee's design. The project also included major interior refinishing and refurbishment to update the interior and to bring the structure to compliance with A.D.A. standards.

New Construction
Clarksville, Maryland
This building utilized a pre-engineered metal frame and includes a Showroom, a Mezzanine level, Parts Department, and several Service Bays. The building was constructed in the Howard County Auto Park.

Ocean City Chamber of Commerce –
New Construction
Ocean City, Maryland
We were commissioned this 6,500 S.F. Chamber building by the City of Ocean City, Maryland.
The building features a large Multimedia / Conference Room as well as a User-friendly Visitor's Lobby. The exterior was influenced by local Architecture such as the Ocean City Lifesaving Station, Providing the building with the look and feel of a beach front building.

Heritage Church Of God - Addition
Severn, Maryland
This project consisted of the addition of a 45,000 S.F. structure containing a main entry and showcase stair, Offices, Restrooms, Classrooms, and a 10,000 S.F. Multi-purpose room for weddings, social gatherings, and athletic events.
The design used elements of the existing church to create a seamless transition from the older building to the new. Due to code issues the building was required to be independent from the original structure. This problem was remedied with the addition of a second floor enclosed pedestrian walkway.

Housley Professional Center – Office Building
Annapolis, Maryland
2 Story 12,000 S.F. office building located outside of the city of Annapolis in the Parole town Center. This building design was used to maximize the size of the structure on the lot. The building has 6,000 S.F. per floor as well as 6,000 S.F. of basement storage. An open vestibule with feature stairs and elevator are just a few of the design attributes of this building

Whitehall Office Complex – Office Building
Bowie, Maryland
3 Story, 24,000 S.F. office complex Designed to blend in and compliment the existing flanking buildings. The interior of the building was designed to incorporate a common vestibule as well as central corridors to allow for interior access to tenant spaces, providing protection from the elements and added security.
