Our mission is to provide design services that directly influence the quality of life for our clients. Since It's establishment in 1989, a broad range of commissions have included designing New Residences, Residential Additions, and our specialty, Waterfront Homes. as well as New Construction and Additions to Commercial Structures including Office Buildings, Restaurants, Community Buildings, Religious Facilities, Recreational Facilities, and Educational Buildings . Additionally we offer services in Historical Preservation and take pride in reviving the historic beauty of our home-town, Annapolis , Maryland.
During the Pre-Design phase we work closely with our clients to accurately assess their needs, and insure that our understanding of the project is commensurate with their vision. We provide in depth evaluations of the Existing Physical Facility during this phase. During the Schematic Design Phase of a project we provide innovative designs that embrace the aesthetics and functionality of the building. This is achieved by coupling our many years of experience with the wants and needs of our clients. Visual presentations may be prepared for the client in the form of 3D models, renderings, and other presentation drawings to accurately convey our concepts. It is in this phase that programming becomes an important service. We focus on setting goals regarding function, environment, safety, aesthetic and economic issues.
Complete and accurate Construction Documents are prepared in a timely manner by our skilled and detail oriented group of Architectural Technicians.
The final stages of our architectural services include Construction Administration and Site Inspections. At the client's request our staff will schedule site visits during key milestones of construction setting firm guidelines for quality control to insure that the project is completed to the client's satisfaction, and according to specification.
